When this style emerged a few seasons ago, I was confused. And I am a huge skirt lover! Now that it's been around for awhile, I can say that this skirt can look really cute or really strange, depending on what's worn on top. As usual, Wendy gets it right and shows how to style high/low skirts in this video.
