I'm for capes and ponchos! Although I don't think I'll be seen in a cape, at least not this year. As for ponchos, I like the shawl-like, knitted ponchos, don't like the heavy, over-sized styles. Either way, they're not an excuse to be schlumpy; you should still look chic and proportion appropriate.
