Several of my Santa Barbara Wardrobe Wisdom clients are petite (5'4" and under). They have expressed frustration at the limited number of clothing offerings for petites in boutiques and department stores. Alas, there is some good news!
JCPenney is one of the few large stores that has actually expanded its petites department. The clothing is fashionable, good-looking, and spirited. Hooray!
